It is a one-room apartment on the ground floor which overlooks a private corner of the garden for you.
It is very comfortable, living room with table bar, sitting area and a work space, open fitted kitchen, bathroom with a large shower and a cozy and spacious bedroom, new bedding in 160 +1 extra bed, sheets provided .
The apartment is carefully decorated to make you feel at home, and equipped so that you do not miss anything during your stay! If you come by car, you will have a private parking space. Flowered and wooded garden and in spring and summer, the garden abounds with roses, multicolored flowers and other plants of all kinds, which make the setting simply splendid!

The house is well located:
-on its right, you have a convenience store including fruit & vegetables, bread & pastries
- Opposite, you have an excellent butcher's shop, with a catering section
-a tobacco stationery shop
-a take-away pizzeria
Good tip: every Saturday and Sunday, the oyster merchant in the basin and in Marennes settles down at the convenience store!
The city center of Gradignan is on a human scale and very dynamic and is located 2 minutes by car, or 10 min by foot. You will find there many traders (bakery / pastry shop, chocolate maker, butcher / delicatessen, cheese maker, caterer, fishmonger, wine merchant and shops for shopping: ready to wear, decoration, perfumery, toys, shoes, luggage & accessories, etc.), a few restaurants (fast food, brasserie, restaurants) and of course a supermarket in the immediate vicinity.
Info: every Thursday, the fishmonger settles in the parking lot of the Auchan supermarket in the city center
Every Saturday, there is the open market in Gradignan
At the bottom of our house, 5 minutes on foot, you have the magnificent park at the foot of the ruins of Cayac, which runs along the Bourde water, perfect for beautiful romantic walks, or with the family! A restaurant overlooks Bourde water "the Domaine des Tentations" and another next to "la Rôtisserie des poètes"
Behind us, 5 min. on foot, there is the Mandavit park, which not only has football and rugby fields, but also Basque pelota, a skate park, and a forest for family walks or cycling. There is also a health course which offers several levels of running (from 2.5km to 7km). Opposite the park, there is the library / media library and the 4 Seasons Theater which offers many shows / performances of all types.
