Dear William, I regret to discover your impression of your experience. You must have traveled to our establishment one weekend. I understand your disappointment when you arrive to discover that you have to come out to have a meal, that's why I am forwarding your return to the platform on which you reserved because it's information we provided them. The restaurant is effectively closed from Friday evening to Sunday evening included, this information is also on the confirmation emails that we send to our guests however the Hotels.com website does not communicate to hotel owners the contact details (phone or email) of its customers which is why we could not inform you of the different opening hours and closing times of the hotel services before your arrival. The establishment is located south of Bordeaux in an industrial area near the motorway, it is often for this location that it is chosen and I do not grant it to you for its immediate environment which however can have advantages if you have forgotten something in your suitcase thanks to the proximity of 2 supermarkets ! We have a restaurant open from Monday to Friday lunchtime but our teams are always happy to advise you on alternatives in the area.
