"The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I have to say the staff made the visit all worth a while. Everyone from the front desk to the maids to the staff at the Pisces restaurant was super friendly and accommodating to me and my family. They have a private gate that leads straight to the beach, which was very accommodating. My kids enjoyed the pool and it was always clean. The only area I could see improvement for was the fitness facility. They were pretty much missing all of their dumbbells and the equipment did not live up to expectation. Other than that, it is a wonderful place to stay."

"The modern decor at Rooms Boutique is a mask for poor management and lack of basic service. Despite confirming two beds for our family stay, we arrived to find only one bed and a sofa. The sofa was not a standard pull-out and was difficult to convert, with no linens provided. When I asked the front desk, I was dismissed and told they were already in the room; I eventually had to insist, only to be handed a single sheet and a comforter with no other bedding. To make matters worse, the fridge didn't work upon arrival because it wasn't even plugged in. This, combined with the sandy floors, dirty bathroom, and a total lack of toiletries (no hand soap or hand towels), made for a very uncomfortable stay. You are essentially paying for a nice-looking room with zero hospitality."

"It has the basic necessities, but I was extremely displeased by the fact that upon checking out one of the staff members sent me a text message asking where the tip was. I felt like that was very disrespectful. Especially because there were not any additional services available nor rendered. The property was pretty. But the bathroom in our room was nasty the shower was full of mold, and the employee who initially checked me in was drinking a beer while on the clock. It was unprofessional in my opinion "
