MAINE SALT WATER COTTAGE WITH DOCK - MINUTES TO BOTANICAL GARDENS
- A new deepwater dock, shared only with owner's other home next door, was recently installed and has been a highlight for guests of Little Dipper Cottage. A mooring is also available. Explore the stunning islands and wildlife that inhabit the tidal waters of Sheepscott Bay. The open Atlantic is only one short mile in the distance.
Cozy yet spacious 1870's seaside cottage completley renovated by experienced builder. All interior design completed by custom craftsmen. Comfortable seating around remote gas fireplace in living room.
This home was constructed on an old foundation and has frontage on a small private cove allowing beach combing, bathing and an excellent launch position for kayaking. The house is surrounded by water on three sides. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the water while relaxing on the swing in the screened-in front porch. A second story open deck overlooks the southern view of pointed spruce covered islands and expansive glistening water.
A very warm and intimate home acommmodates a party of ten.
