We enjoyed our stay here. Cute newly remodeled room. Close to all we wanted to experience in boothbay.

Very poor facility. One lamp with 60 watt bulb. Towel for only one person. No soap for shower. Bathroom door did not close.Sheets too small for bed. No waste basket. Property in very poor condition. So bad we did not return for 2 paid nights.

The one thing this property does best is cut corners. The floor was really dirty when we accidentally wet it, so it hasn't been scrubbed in a really long time. There is no ceiling light in the room. There's just one lamp on one nightstand on one side of the double bed, and that's the light for the room. There's no shower soap. There's not even a single paper cup to drink bathroom sink water out of. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the room for a three-night stay. The onsite laundry is a single machine with a long line that requires quarters to use. The only two good things I can say about the property is that there's hot water and that it is close to town and the harbor.
