  • You'll be wonderfully located near the best of Boothbay Harbor at this home just across the footbridge from downtown. Enjoy fantastic access to Barrett Park and the Boothbay Lobster Wharf mere steps away.

    This home makes an enviable home base in Boothbay Harbor, whether planning to spend your days whale-watching, kayaking with Tidal Transit Kayak, or simply perusing the shops, restaurants, and galleries that populate this darling Midcoast town.

    After a day of coastal excursions, you'll return to a casual, comfortable living area with two sofas and a smart TV, a well-appointed kitchen with all the essentials, and a small indoor dining space. We loved our week in Maine. The condo on the river was perfectly located to cruise all that Maine has to offer. Everything was as revealed in the advertising. Lots of areas to explore.

A cute, very clean little condo with a nice deck overlooking the river. The kitchen is new and well equipped. The queen bed is comfortable. Bathroom is large with good hot water in the smallish shower.

Easy to find, parking for one vehicle easily accessible, clean, comfortable, pictures are accurate, relaxing, supplied with sheets, blankets, towels, soaps and shampoo , kitchen soap, paper towels, fridge good sized and clean. 2 TVs, one in living room one in bedroom. Did not use the fold out bed.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the coastal towns and the view out back was great. The place was very clean and well furnished. However, the pillows were flat as pancakes and we had to go buy new ones for our stay. The coffee maker did not work and we also had issues with the wifi and the streaming roku constantly kicking us out. We googled that and found that we could clear the cache which fixed that issue but we had to do it a couple of times. Again, minor issues but annoying nonetheless.

The view

Lovely view from this one bedroom condo in a small structure with 4 units. In a cute community near a pier, and an inn. Comfortable bed, nice sofa and small kitchen. Everything was comfortable and clean, friendly community.
