The room was nice and comfortable. However, the a/c unit was loud when on. The latch on the door was dangling even after we asked for fix, it's still missing screws and still dangling a bit, not as bad as before though. Overall, it's a great place to stay in that area.

Nice property. Room was cleanish. Didn’t look like anyone cleaned out cupboards or sofa bed in months. Lots of dirt and hair in sofa bed. Food in cupboards. Otherwise very nice and comfortable

This is a great place to stay. It’s so nice to have a kitchen so that you don’t have to eat out all the time. The breakfast is very good with lots of options, hot and cold. The desk and work space is great, lots of room to spread out. The staff is exceptionally helpful and courteous.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Wonderful staff. Beautiful well maintained hotel and grounds. Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. Really good breakfast. Great location to jump on the highway and go to all the notable Maine sites. Very dog friendly too!

Great place!
The front desk people are superb! They had a sheet ready with recommendations that were spot on. Breakfast team was also so helpful and not over intrusive!! My husband stays at many hotels, told the manager what a great team he had, was that impressed!

Good Property but Pay Attention to the Details
The AC unit is LOUD at this hotel, although otherwise we enjoy the Bath property. The room could have been cleaned a bit better beforehand as well, the microwave was dirty, the coffee pot the same. It's the little things that make a difference.

I loved everything about this property! Beautiful, clean rooms, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us lots of suggestions for a great experience in Bath. Will definitely choose this property in the future when in the area!

The staff thought of everything! They even had a cookie for our grandson when we arrived. The property was lovely and well maintained. The room had everything we would need. The pool was open late for everyone to enjoy and there was even an outdoor area with a fire to sit around. Breakfast was wonderful with so many choices and the staff in every department were so helpful.

I booked a two queen room because we are a family of four. We check in, and I get asked which floor we would like because it was my sons birthday and he was excited, so I said the highest one possible please. We get to our room on the 4th floor, and it’s a king room. I hate complaining so it was fine, we would work with the pull out couch, EVEN THOUGH I booked a room with TWO BEDS. There were no extra sheets for the bed, so we asked for some and we were given so much attitude about needed extra sheets, EVEN THOUGH I booked a two queen room. The room was not clean, the shower was not clean. I hope other people have a better experience here, because this was awful and we will not be back.

Bath, ME is home to the best Residence Inn
Best Marriott Residence Inn experience ever. First impression-the property is in good shape. Second impression-staff all helpful & friendly, even filling my ice container without time to formulate an explicit request. Third—best breakfast ever, even pre-pandemic. Several choices of hot & cold options. After much business travel in the last 10 years, this was a remarkable experience. You have options in coastal Maine & this is one chain hotel truly worth the visit.
