The main house features spacious 4 bedrooms with 2.5 baths, each thoughtfully decorated with plush bedding and coastal-inspired décor, providing a peaceful haven for restful nights. Included is a furnished basement where kids or adults can enjoy a quiet space, workout space, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen bed. Additionally, an attached above-garage loft has been renovated into a fully equipped studio apartment with a queen bed, kitchenette and deck offering views of the ocean.

This property has a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig in the loft apartment. Please note that we can suggest places for picking up cooked lobster as this property does not allow guest to cook lobsters inside the houses, although you are welcome to cook them in the outside area.
