Cozy Home Downtown Boothbay Harbor

East Side Retreat has been completely renovated and is ready for your coastal Maine vacation. It`s a cozy open kitchen/living room that welcomes you when you walk through the door. The first floor also has a master bedroom and 3/4 bathroom with laundry. On the second floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath. A large private backyard is a great place to relax or play family games.

Please note that this property rents Saturday-Saturday during peak season.

It`s a 2 minute walk down the hill to the footbridge and across the harbor to the center of town. You won`t have to worry parking downtown. Close to restaurants, art galleries, boat tours, and downtown shopping. Check out the Boothbay Lobster Wharf only a 7 minute walk away where you can dine out, call and order your cooked or live lobsters to have ready for pick up. Beautiful Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens is only a 9 minute drive. Barrett Park is a great place for a swim and is located a quick 1/2 mile down the road. Available year round.

Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of an owner`s closet

Fall getaway

My husband, sister-in-law and I had a great stay in Boothbay Harbor. The rental was comfy, clean and close to town. Could walk over the bridge into town or drive to explore the shops and restaurants.

Location, Location, Location

Very enjoyable stay at Eastside Retreat. Location is great - guests can walk to shopping, restaurants, etc. The house sleeps 6 but there are only 4 chairs at the dining table ( close quarters for 4 adults) and 4 places to sit in the living area. Having access to a washer/dryer was wonderful.

Everything from comfortable furniture, very clean house, kitchen well stocked with all of the basics, linens, location, nice yard, outdoor seating, stacking washer/dryer and local information all of it was top shelf. We could not have found a better place for our four night stay.!

Charming Boothbay house

This little house was perfect for our Boothbay getaway. It was spotless and just the right size for our family. It was well equipped and had an amazing expansive back yard which was great for our kids. The location was great and it was very accessible to many of the Boothbay attractions. I would definitely return.

Wonderful weekend

Great weekend with friends. The house had plenty of room for all of us. House is conveniently located close to town. It is a quick 5 minute walk away. We only stayed 2 nights but it has everything you need.

Much Better Than The Listing Presented

This vacation property was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for us all to coexist and the yard was perfect for the kids to run around. We loved how close it was to town and all of the other attractions in the Boothbay area. We really appreciate all the help and attention Wendy, the property manager, gave us. She was fantastic. (My wife said that if this house was back home in New Jersey she would buy it!)

Great accommodations, wonderful experience!

The owner did a wonderful job making the place comfortable and fully stocked. Took the extra time to have an herb garden and spacious grounds.
