"Only issue is understanding your staff that answers the deak. I love people from all over the world. But if was running your hotel i would have ONLY English speaking persons, it really makes a difference on my opinion. Plenty other people out thrre. Last thing i booked my son threes nights room 131. I realize being there is a private thing. But i ask the very difficult t understand desk guy to please ring his room he said no can’t do that. Vhe is struggling right now as a young adult trying to fid himself and i am i another state.. worry wart mother his two cells were off or on charger on silent mode. That to me isn’t right period!!!"

"Carpet in our room had a large stain by the table. Coffee maker was nasty dirty and would not of used due to this. Front desk clerk at check in was too busy on her phone to answer questions regarding food or beverages. Customer service was just awful."

"The chairs in the dining area looked worn and ragged. A new pot of coffee took 30 minutes to get refilled. Most of the staff were very nice. We felt everything was clean. The pool room was hot, and the water was cold, not heated. There wasn’t any body wash, only small bars. The room was nice. I guess I expected a bit more from Comfort Inn. I’m not sure I’d stay at that hotel again. Maybe?"

"We loved our stay in Florence with Molly! The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood conveniently located between the Creation museum, the Ark, the airport, and near Cincinnati. The house had plenty of space for our family with everything we needed for cooking and entertainment. My niece enjoyed playing in the backyard and especially the basement play area with ping pong tables, air hockey, and lots of toys. She loved playing with the stuffed animal horse (“Fluffy” as she named him) and had Fluffy as her constant companion for the weekend. Our host, Molly, was very accommodating to us on our stay when we had an unexpected emergency with our trip. She worked with us on our schedule disruption and was easily reachable for anything we needed. Check in and check out was super easy as well. Thank you so much for letting us have a relaxing place to call home while away from home!"

"The place is nice. New and kind of trendy. It was a nice place and I felt safe there. My only complaint is that the room is very small and compact. It’s good if you’re only looking for a place to sleep for a couple of hours. There is no space for a lot of luggage or clothes. There’s no closet or space for storage. So just be aware of that. Otherwise everything is great."
