"We booked the superior room on the manor side with the intention of having a larger room with view of the garden. We got the garden view but the room was incredibly small and under the roof so it heated up really badly. The pictures on the website showed much larger rooms and no signs of slanted roofs anywhere. "When we checked in the room allocated although it had an opening window it didn't have air con, so the receptionist offered to move us, which we accepted, The 2nd room allocated when we come to leave the room to go out & eat the door wouldn't lock, so onto the 3rd room. This room was the same layout as room 2, just a little cleaner. All room 2 lacked was for someone to brush or hoover the floor.
