My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Staff was very uninterested in helping with even simple request. I needed my freezer pack frozen somewhere on the property so I could transport my medication next day. They told me that was not possible anywhere on the property.

We got to upgraded to a two-room suite without asking but it was a nice large room but rather dated and dim lighting in old televisions. The shower didn't have the greatest pressure but we were on the 39th floor the tub when you drained it sucked the water out of the traps so then we got a sewer ...
