The apartment was separate from the hotel, located in a lovely quiet higher end shopping area- much quieter than the actual port. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel when we checked out. Would have appreciated some body lotion in addition to shampoo. One gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful- the two young women were nice but not very knowlegeable

Was so pleasantly surprised that the room and everything else in it were so clean. No unsightly stains on the linen and bedsheets too. Actually everything looks v clean, from the business centre to the hotel interior and the gym. The staff received us warmly and helped with little requests during the 5 nights stay. Only a few min walk from the metro, will highly recommend. Would like more firmer pillow choices for the room though.
