"We arrived late evening, however a staff member was still on site, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful, made us feel “at home”. The castle has been kept very authentic and would be exactly what someone would want to experience in a castle built in 1283, absolutely amazing place. Would recommend anyone to stay. "Andreas Praß went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He truly is an exceptional representative of the Dorint Hotel. Other than that, the room wasn’t cleaned, their new telephone system wasn’t working and toilet needed to be fixed. Five stars for Andrea’s P,, but only 2 for everything else."
