King-size bed, two sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen, 650 Mbit work area, Netflix, entertainment center

The centrally located apartment sits right in the historic old town of Euskirchen. The train station is just a 6-minute walk away, and you can conveniently park your car in the adjacent car park.
Because the apartment is directly next to the pedestrian zone, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and everyday shops are all within easy reach. Although you’re right in the middle of the city, the apartment itself offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-story building with three units. You unlock the door using a code and step into a spacious apartment with a loft-like feel.

The high-quality furnishings combine natural minimalism with top-level functionality. After finishing your work at the sit-stand desk, you can relax with Netflix.
The 110 sqm space welcomes you with luxurious yet minimalist interior design. A fully equipped matte-black kitchen offers everything you need to cook. Your morning coffee (Nespresso) and afternoon tea are of course included.

At the cosy dining table for up to six people, you can enjoy time with friends or family — and spend the evening playing one of the board games provided, such as “Ludo.”

For office work, you have a sit-stand desk with monitor, keyboard, and mouse available. Naturally, there’s also an ergonomic office chair so you can comfortably participate in video calls while seated. You can charge your laptop or iPad at the built-in USB / USB-C outlet.

After work, you can chill on the two sofa beds and unwind with your favourite Netflix series.
Still want more? A balcony with seating awaits you — perfect for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Before bedtime, freshen up in the spacious bathroom with a separate guest toilet. If you forgot your razor, toothbrush, or nail file — no worries — we’ve got you covered!
We also provide complimentary toiletries for your morning shower and hand-washing needs. With the hairdryer and makeup mirror, you can start your day feeling your best.

But most importantly: you’ll sleep in a king-size box-spring bed — perfect for recharging and preparing for the day ahead.
