Maritim Hotel Köln
Rooms were clean, but elevator was out of order which is beyond staff control but ended up having long wait times at busy times. Didn’t try the food so can’t comment on that.

Overall, the hotel was good and I had a pleasant stay. I did not receive any VIP benefits such as a room upgrade or similar perks. Great staff. Unfortunately the hotel was undergoing some major work to the lobby, bar and restaurant areas along with fitting new carpets in the hallways. It’s a good hotel and we will be back but as a small hotel, work in communal areas have a big knock on impact on our enjoyment of the hotel.
