Located minutes from Gulf Coast Town Center, Hertz Arena, RSW airport and Coconut Point Hyatt Resort and Mall. Day passes to the Hyatt can be purchased separately to enjoy their wonderful pools, lazy river, pool side drinks and more! This fabulous home is furnished with top of the line amenities throughout, and is perfect for couples or families with its spacious living areas. You can't beat the premier location! You will enjoy Gulf access and beautiful sunsets.


In addition to the open concept family room, dining area and kitchen, the main floor features a king-sized suite with full bathroom and walk-in shower, a bedroom with two twins beds and attached full bath, and an office desk/chair. Enjoy gulf views from the top floor master suite with king bed and ensuite with walk in shower and walkout balcony. The lower level offers a sitting area and a bedroom with full over full bunkbeds and pull out twin trundle, as well as a Queen Sleeper Sofa. A garage with washer and dryer, and a large seating area that leads way to large lanai, heated pool, and gas grille. When you are tired of the sand of the beach, come back for an afternoon at your own pool with loungers!

We have a Blink doorbell facing the entryway, one security camera facing the driveway, and one facing the canal and boat hoist, these are all motion activated and outdoor only.

The Boat Hoist is NOT available for Guest Use.

We have added the following fishing poles and tackle, four bicycles for use, an EV Tesla Charger, as well as an iron and clothing steamer.
