The condo has a king bedroom, a guest room with two twin beds, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, WiFi, dedicated workspace, beach gear, and comfortable indoor/outdoor spaces for morning coffee or sunset evenings.

    The building offers an elevator, parking, a communal heated pool, outdoor shower, and convenient access to the beach, boating, fishing, kayaking, shopping, dining, golf, and other Southwest Florida activities. Guests can enjoy water views, Gulf sunsets, nearby beach access, and a relaxed monthly-stay setup in one of the most desirable Bonita Beach areas.

    This is a non-smoking condo. Pets are not allowed. Minimum stay is 30 nights. Condo/association approval may be required before arrival, so please allow 7 to 10 business days for approval after booking details are submitted.
