Additionally, guests can enjoy the fitness room/office with wireless printer and WiFi.

The home has a mid century mod - meets old Florida vibe. Canal Front for access to the Estero Bay and the Gulf beaches. It is quirky fun and very inviting. Plenty of room for multiple families at once. It is great space for weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, Guy/Gals weekends, sports teams, church groups, construction teams on special projects and company events. With plenty of activities to do on site from playing pool, darts, games, sunbathing, swimming in the swim spa, nearby golfing, fishing off the back and only 6 miles to Bonita Beach.
