Peaceful home next to the best restaurants, BEACHES... $5 CLEANING

This house is the perfect location for you to get the taste of Southwest Florida you deserve. I have put my heart and soul into this house so you may get the vacation you been dying for. No matter where you are traveling, from Southwest Florida international airport is only 26 miles from your oasis. This 2 bedroom is only a mile away from beautiful Bonita beach, just a quick bike ride west. Up to 4 people can fit comfortably in this house, but there are two large sofas that can be converted to a sleeping sofa in the living room for your convenience. Each room comes with a queen size bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen that's will make it easier to cook up that fresh Florida fish you just caught! Take your dinner under the stars and cook it up on one of our grills (we have either electric or charcoal). Then enjoy your food under some tiki lights and music. As the night takes over observe the stars from the hammock and relax in the beach breeze.

There are many new adventures within walking distance of this rental. Just on the corner are amazing bistro's and wine bars. Just a half mile east of the house is Safari mini golf, so put your family up to it and see who comes out on top! Test your luck at the Bonita Springs Poker Room (https://www.bonitapoker.com/)! At the beach you can give your hand a try at volleyball or rent a jet ski and take a ride on the wild side. Take a night out on the beautiful Billion dollar city of Naples, it is only a few short miles away. Naples offers a beautiful downtown food and shopping district as well as Mercato shopping center that is only 7.1 miles away from the house. After a hot day in the Florida sun you can stop by Royal Scoop homemade ice cream for a delicious treat since it's only 1.3 miles aways from home.

I will be always be available for you during your stay. It is a spacious two apartment-house where you can enjoy alone time on your own patio or go in the backyard and have a chance to socialize. There is plenty of room for a romantic night or a family game night around the fire pit.

Only a short car ride will take you to all the beautiful islands, Florida has to offer. You have fort Myers Beach, Sanibel island, Marco island, Estero island, and Cape Coral. These islands offer the very best of Florida to explore, along with Florida state park like Delnor-Wiggins State Park and beach, Lovers Key State Park, Big Cypress Swamp Sanctuary and the Country Waterpark. There is everything from fine dining to swimming with dolphins. Take the scenic route down Bonita Beach road to Fort Myers beach and see what Florida has to offer. Go down the road to Sweetwater adventures and learn how to catch deep water fish and take them home to grill in the backyard.

We are only 10 minutes from Interstate 75 allowing for traveling to all the international easy breezy known cities like Miami that is an hour and half away 137 miles, Tampa is 2 hours away 152 miles, Orlando is 3 hours away 178 miles and Tallahassee is 6 hours away 418 miles.

The unit has a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. 1 block from the American legion. Unit has all the amenities of home. The host was so kind and available if needed. Would happily stay again in the future.

Beautiful Rental. Perfect for our visit to Bonita Springs. Close to the Beach. Very quiet and comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked. Lovely yard to hang out and relax.

Beautiful unit, great location!

The unit was so beautiful inside! Completely redone and in great taste. Private sitting area on the back patio and more sociable seating on the front patio. The ambiance was set with patio string lights. Plenty of parking. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet, but just a couple blocks from a main drag with restaurants and shops. We were only a quick 1 mile drive from beach access and to drive anywhere wasn’t stressful or overly crazy with traffic. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall-a nice stay

Spacious place with some recent upgrades (nice kitchen and living room) and hopefully the final interior details will be finished soon which would make it great. We appreciated the use of the bicycles and proximity to the beach, as well as great communication and quick responses and fast help with items we asked to borrow. Thank you for the nice stay!

Very good expirience

Super delighted, I was rented last weekend with my family, the house was very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything necessary, I only spoke to the hosts to say that I had arrived and that I was leaving, because everything was in very good condition, I I recommend 100% and of course we will return, the beach is 3 minutes away, Publix nearby and many more places to enjoy your stay, thank you.

Great location and host!

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Communication was lacking at the beginning but significantly improved. The check-in, in my opinion, of 4pm was late. The yard was not as inviting to lounge at as anticipated. The hostess, Ivone, was very nice and offered good suggestions for dining and entertainment for the area. The interior space was newly renovated, very comfortable and super clean! The only drawback was some minor inconveniences with the overhead fan and remote control for TV. We wanted to stay in one night for a movie and there was no volume control. The location was great. Not too far from the Gulf beaches and walking distance to a few restaurants.

Not as nice as we had hoped

The inside of the unit was nice, kitchen was well supplied. There were no instructions about how anything worked in the unit, I had to ask the owner about the Nuwave countertop oven because the printing was worn off of all the buttons so we didn't know what was what. There were also no instructions about where to dump garbage, or any checkout instructions. There were ongoing problems with the lock on the door, I got locked out 3 times, fortunately my wife was there one time to let me in and the owner was there the other times. It was a weird lock system, you needed 2 hands to unlock and open the door because of a lever and a knob that had to be turned at the same time. If you had anything in your hands you had to set them down on the floor or concrete to open the door. The patio on the back was nice, it was torn up when we first got there but they got it put back together and cleaned up by the second day. There was some other plumbing/repair/landscaping work going on for the first couple of days with some work going on very early one morning but fortunately that didn't bother us too much. I had to ask for propane for the grill so I could use it. The rest of the yard was not very inviting, furniture cushions were dirty and the yard was kind of junky. If they could improve the front door lock, provide some instructions, clean up the yard/furniture it would be a really nice place. And above all, communicate clearly and be a little more friendly towards guests!

Great overnight stay

This was a great little rental for our one-night stay. It was close to the beach and we loved that all the rooms had ceiling fans. The couch was also very comfortable.
