Just steps from Bonita Beach, this modern renovated studio offers comfort, style, and convenience for your Southwest Florida beach getaway. Enjoy a king bed, full-size sofa bed, full kitchen with large appliances, compact washer/dryer, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and beach gear for guest use.

Beach access is right across the street, making every day a relaxing beach day. Guests can also enjoy two heated pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, free parking, and nearby restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The location offers easy access to Naples, Fort Myers, Lovers Key, Fort Myers Beach, and RSW Airport.

The studio features granite countertops, a walk-in shower, upscale finishes, tasteful decor, a Smart TV where guests may log into their own streaming service accounts, and a fully stocked kitchen. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, a small cooler, and beach toys are provided for fun days by the ocean.

As part of the Beach & Tennis Club community, guests have access to two heated pools and a hot tub. One pool is located behind Building 2, and the second pool with the hot tub is located behind Building 4. Community laundry rooms are also available during posted hours.

Please note this is a studio-style space with an open layout and no separate bedrooms. It is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families looking for a comfortable Bonita Springs beach rental near the Gulf.

Pet Policy:
Beach & Tennis Club has a strict no-pet policy. Pets are not allowed, regardless of size, breed, or weight.

Service animals are not considered pets and will be handled according to applicable laws and booking platform policies.

Emotional Support Animals must be approved and registered with the Beach & Tennis Club office before arrival. Required documents may include an ESA letter, provider license verification, pet information, and a photo of the animal.

Guests have full private use of the studio. I am not on the premises, but I am available through your booking platform messaging if you need assistance.

>A parking pass is required. A temporary pass is inside the studio, but guests must visit the Beach & Tennis Club management office during office hours to obtain the official parking pass.
>Please dispose of all trash using the trash chute located on the same floor.
>Place all used towels in the bathroom before checkout.
>Do not make the bed before checkout.
>Wash any used dishes before checkout.
>Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked before checkout.
>No smoking inside the studio.
>No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
>Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
>Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
>Please rinse off sand before entering the studio.
>Please wipe beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach toys, and all beach gear clean before storing them back inside.
>The A/C may be adjusted between 72–78°F. Please keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is running.
>Clean up any spills promptly to help maintain the studio.
>Pets are not allowed due to Beach & Tennis Club community rules, regardless of size, breed, or weight.
