Hi, note the complex still recovering from Hurricane Ian, the surroundings still a reconstruction area and many amenities are not yet finished , tennis courts paddle courts, gardens, bbq grills. But condo has a FINISHED balcony and a incredible vew. And a beautiful public beach just across the street. Any questions please inquiry

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was relaxing, quiet, and had everything you could possibly need for a vacation. The only downsides were that the A/C didn’t get very cool and there were occasional small ants, even without food left out. Overall, it was an amazing time and for the price, I’d definitely stay again for a long weekend.

First & far most it was very clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Such a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of the beach & gorgeous sunsets. Having the beach access across the street made the stay even better. The two restaurants that were walking distance were Excellant. If you have any concerns the host was easy to contact. And replies in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this condo for relaxing, enjoyable vacation.

Great View, close to beach. King size bed was comfortable. Excellent shower and bathroom was updated. Pool was a close to building and water temperature was very warm. Wish the extra chair was comfortable.. very uncomfortable to sit in. Blinds over sliding patio doors need replacing. Area is still recovering from hurricane. Building was last one to complete repair so most mornings woke up to hammers banging on roof. Just make the most of it and walk the beach. Yes, I would stay there again.

Our stay was great, it was off season so it was quiet. The unit has a beautiful view & all the comforts of home, however it is dated. It 's a short walk to the beach which we loved. Xavier is a great host with excellant communication. He let us check out late which we truly appreciated.

The accommodations are nice, quaint. The AC seemed to struggle a bit and with it being on the far wall, we had to keep the fans on high to get the air to move around. Having the beach chairs, umbrella and cart was great for walking to the beach.

Great location

It was great overall! The only downfall is the AC. It is a hotel type unit and doesn’t get it super cold. It was very clean and had nice amenities. We would stay there again and just bring a fan.

The Perfect Stay

My wife and I stayed here last summer, and it was nothing short of wonderful. Although the property was under construction at the time, the host kept us well-informed about the renovations. When we arrived, everything was exactly as expected—comfortable, private, and beyond our expectations. We still talk about returning!

Bonita Springs Visit

The condo worked out well for our needs, which were to maximize the beach. The website pictures accurately described the property. There were many amenities available that supported time at the beach. We would have liked to have shampoo, plastic baggies, tin foil, and two door entry keys. The building was under construction, but was minimal disruption. Overall, great stay!

We had a nice week. We were unable to use the pool, but we knew that when we went. It was a good deal for what we paid. What we liked: the owner was great at responding to our needs, beautiful view on a nice balcony, restaurants Doc’s and Coconut Jacks were steps away, the beach was across the street and the owner provided coolers, umbrella, and chairs (bungees in pockets) and a small dolly,

Great stay-- Awesome Unit

The unit was fantastic and the views from the 10 floor balcony were breathtaking. The complex is still under construction and repair from hurricanes but our host Xavier was very upfront and transparenet about the facilities and the rate was significantly discounted. We still had a wonderful time. All the restaurants and activities were open and the beach across the street (we walked everyday) was absolutlely stunning.

A good break from a Michigan winter.

Good view from the balcony and a short walk across the street to the beach. Our grandson had the comfortable fold out couch for 2 nights. The traffic was noisy all night but not obnoxiously. The studio was smaller and not as new is it appeared in the photos but it was ok for our needs. Having a good washer and dryer was a plus. Xavier was easy to talk to. We would consider reserving this studio on the future.

Great Location. Communication was excellent. Description was very accurate. The complex is under reconstruction from the hurricane so there is lots of activity. We were not bothered by noise. The pools are not open yet but had been filled while we were there. The condo was very well stocked. Maybe over stocked. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

We truly understand the adversities the owners have to go through with the renovations after the devastating hurricane. The owner was willing to work with us through all the issues we ran into. I would love to come back when the renovations are complete to enjoy all the amenities we were unable to use. This is a beautiful area and our favorite beach to go to.

Outstanding location with tremendous views. Areas that could use improvement are the overall cleanliness of the unit and some of the kitchen utensils and equipment. The furniture is okay but probably could be updated soon. Our communications with Xavier was very good. He responded in a prompt manner most often.

Great location! The condo building is still under major construction.

I loved the location. Step across the street and you are on the beach. Top floor of the building too. I knew ahead of time that the building is mid construction from the hurricane still. I was fine with that. The host can’t change that. I was happy with the price that he offered. It was loud at the building during working hours. Once again I was forwarned of this and I agreed to it. Overall a great stay for the price that it was offered at.

We have stayed at Bonita Beach and Tennis Club many times. The accommodations are perfect and the location is great. But this unit was not ready to be rented out. The owner had apparently not been there himself after Hurricane Ian. Because when we got there the water heater was not working, so we had no hot water. Apparently when the units were rewired, it was done incorrectly. The disposal and stove/oven also did not work. There was no wifi or television. Obviously we could not stay there but it was difficult to find another place to stay. Thankfully, Xavier, the landlord, did issue us a full refund right away.
