This fabulous home is furnished with top of the line amenities throughout, and is perfect for couples or families with its spacious living areas. Second floor has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a TV room which opens up to spacious balcony. On third floor, you will enjoy an immense open concept kitchen, dining and living area for the whole family. Enjoy the sunsets from the large top floor balcony. Gas grill on top floor for your cooking needs right off from the main living room and kitchen. Private elevator access to all floors. You can't beat the premier location! Located directly across the street from beach access #8, you will enjoy Gulf views and sunsets without the expense of being 'beachfront'. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels included.
