    This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach cottage (135m²) is located near the sparkling white sandy beach of Barefoot Beach. Barefoot Beach was recently voted the second best beach in the United States.

    The 'Boat House' is tastefully decorated in water tone colours. Its warm inviting ambience conveys a light and carefree attitude to life under the motto: Sea, Salt and Sand (sea, salt and sand). Special comfort is offered by a beautiful PRIVATE saltwater pool (southern exposure) a quiet garden behind the house and a modern open plan kitchen with high-end appliances in stainless steel & marble worktop.

    A flat-screen TV, a radio and sound system and high-speed Internet throughout the house complete the offer. On the sundeck surrounded by palm trees you will find cosy lounge chairs and a teak dining table with chairs and a charcoal Weber grill.

    A short walk will take you to a variety of restaurants. In addition to many small shops you will find in the vicinity also a large supermarket for your purchases. This holiday home offers everything you need during your holiday in the immediate vicinity.

    A walk through the area of Bonita Shores gives an exotic feeling of life. In a few minutes you can also reach Doc's Beach House. This beach bar invites you for a cold drink and a tasty snack. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in an idyllic atmosphere surrounded by palm trees and the beach.

    Are you travelling with small children? Our cottage is very family friendly. You will find z. Two high chairs, a manoeuvrable stroller, a cot, some books and toys and a lot of sand toys for the beach. There will be property's services visits without prior notice (f.e. pool service, lawn service etc) including restrictions caused by service vehicles.

House was beautiful and clean. Pool area was perfect for the girls. Property was easy to get to and close to everything we wanted to do. Marion was easy to work with and accommodated a request they didnt have to with grace and compassion. We really appreciate their ease of communication and would stay at one of their properties in the future if it works out in the future.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect – very close to the beach and to great restaurants. Marion was an exceptional host; incredibly welcoming and responsive, making our vacation even better. The property had everything we needed and was spotless and comfortable. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Naples and can't wait to come back! We don't give out 5 stars easly but this place and host deserve it.

Best rental so far!We had the most amazing time in this tidy and very cute place.Best vacation rental experience we’ve had so far. Next time we’ll for sure book a longer stay.Tip: Check out Doc’s Beach House for a sunset when you’re there. It is just a few minutes away and pure bliss.

The location of this rental is perfect! So close to so many great beaches! We went to Bonita Beach most often, and also Delnor-Wiggins Beach. On a cooler day we went hiking at Lovers Key State Park. The house was very clean and well-stocked. The pool is well-maintained and a great temperature.We appreciated the generous amount of bath and beach towels, the beach chairs, the hand and dish soaps and the well-stocked kitchen. The clothes drying racks were great to have! Loved the charcoal grill!Great communication from Marion. Would definitely stay here again!

Short Summer Stay

Our family visited my father in Bonita Bay for a week before school commenced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Boat Cottage. Great location, cozy accommodations and nice pool to take a dip in. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect holiday home

What a wonder holiday we had in Bonita Springs. Property was just as per pictures and the location was perfect with lots to do for all ages. The pool was lovely and the villa had everything we needed and loads of space for a family of 5. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property. The house was roomy enough for 3 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was laid out perfectly and there were plenty of dishes and cutlery. The decor was upscale and beachy, but not in a gaudy overdone way. Everything was pretty and clean. We had a little issue with the pool heater but the owner called right away and took care of things quickly. We will stay here again. Safe neighborhood as well.

Great setup for a family

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped with just about everything we needed. It was especially accommodating to our infant, which made our experience even better. Highly recommended for families with young children.

We’ve stayed here before and loved it such a cute house. Restaurants, coffee shop, supermarkets nearby. Amazing proximity to the beach… one day we waked to the beach to see the sunset. Great communication with owners.

We enjoyed our stay at Summer House. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, beautifully appointed with nautical beach decor. We throughly enjoyed the very private heated salt water pool. The owner was very responsive to any requests.

Lovely stay with a beautiful clear pool which made us very lazy & not leave the cottage as much as we should . Very tasteful decor & beautiful linens . Could have done with some inside info on Beach parking & nice restaurants - but we managed. Felt very relaxed & charmed here & really glad we came !
