Fantastic villa. Fantastic location.

Very lovely setting in the hills with lovely quiet pool. The beach nearby - lido del torre- was fantastic and we were regulars at the restaurant. Went for coffee in nearby Centraro and gelato in Belvedere. Both beautiful hilltop old towns to see the real Italy, kids loved the pool and everything worked and comfortable in the villa. Perfect quiet, relaxing week away - with lots of Italian food to go with it.

Doppelhaushälfte in Natur

Haus geräumig. Terasse geräumig. Objekt sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer erfolgte nur über Whatsapp. Persönlich haben wir ihn nicht kennen gelernt. Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Haushalt knapp ausgestattet. Bei Ankunft gab es weder Wasser noch Seife oder Toilettenpapier. Auch Müllbeutel muss man erst selbst besorgen. Zum Meer nur mit dem Auto empfehlenswert. Ausblick wunderschön. Ruhe bekommt man nur, wenn auch die Nachbarn ruhig simd. Unsere waren mit 3 Kindern da und haben bis 2 Uhr Nachts den Pool genutzt und sich wie aus der Wildniss verhalten. Sie nahmen an Niemand Rücksicht. Strände sind ok. Kalabrien finden wir nicht schön. Kalabrien ist vermüllt und ungepflegt. hellhörig. Grundstück ist teilweise umzäumt. Parkplätze

Unglaubliche Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es hat eine einmalige Lage, ein wundervoller Blick und ist super ruhig, es es sei denn die Nachbarn lassen es krachen. Man sieht dass das Haus schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Besonders im Bad an den Türen, die Fußleisten etc. Es bedurfte doch ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen, aber man arrangiert sich damit. Und im Urlaub ist man ja sowieso mit Vielem gelassener ist. Was doch aber schon sehr gestört hat was, dass das Haus mit den Elektrosicherungen Probleme hat. Denn wenn zu viel Last anliegt , fliegt die Sicherung sofort raus. Also Geschirrspüler und Backofen gleichzeitig einschalten, ein No-Go. Manchmal wussten wir auch nicht warum die überhaupt Sicherung rausflog. Man muss sich drauf einstellen. Es sei denn , der Vermieter lässt das mal checken. Ansonsten war alles top. Gute Kommunikation über WhatsApp. Piero ( Vermieter)selbst haben wir nicht gesehen. War aber auch nicht schlimm. Toller Ausgangsort um die unglaubliche Küste mit schnorcheln und SUP zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus,super Aussicht

Das Haus und die Aussicht waren super, auch der Pool. Nur wenn man zur Straße kam, war überall Müll. Überall lag Müll,sogar die Strände voll Müll,man musste bis vor ans Wasser . Die Landschaft ist sehr schön oberhalb der Straßen.

Mit Blick auf das Meer und die Küste

Unser Aufenthalt in Bonifati war wunderschön . Die Kommunikation war super jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt von Seiten des Gastgebers. Er hat uns seine eigene Gitarre zur Verfügung gestellt was traumhaft war . Den Ausblick von der Terrasse u dem Balkon bei Gitarren Klängen zu genießen. Der Pool direkt am Haus wurde sehr kompetent gepflegt und dazutun noch der Infinty Pool für die Allgemeine Nutzung lies keine Wünsche offen. Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung erhielten wir von Pireo und Restaurant Empfehlungen. Er hat uns sehr geholfen als wir ein Ticket ausdrucken mussten da das Handy kaputt war . Sein Bruder brachte das Ticket sogar vorbei. Die freundliche zugewandte geduldige Art machte es sehr einfach für uns . Das Haus ist Zweckmäßig eingerichtet und Geschmackvoll . In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht um lecker zu kochen. Es gibt keine Gewürze Essig Zucker usw . Die Laken Handtücher u das Bettzeug sind sehr sauber und genug vorhanden. Das Haus liegt auf dem Berg u ist nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Es ist sehr ruhig hängt aber von den jeweiligen Nachbarn ab da es eine Doppelhaus Hälfte ist . In der Nähe ist ein Lidl was sehr geschickt war . Die Betten sind sehr gut. Das Internet war zum Homeoffice geeinigt. Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall.

Wer Erholung für Körper und Geist sucht ist hier genau richtig 😍 wehrend man im Pool das Wasser und die Sonne genießt hört man nichts …..einfach nichts ! Auch sehr gut für Paare oder Familien mit einem Haustier da alle Abschnitte für sich eingezäunt sind 😎 Morges im Schlafzimmer die Markisen zu Öffnen und dieses Bild von der Natur zu sehen kann ich nicht beschreiben sowas kann man nur erleben 👍🏼 Danke

Fantastic villa!

We booked the villa for a family holiday in Calabria, and it did not disappoint. The owner Piero was brilliant, provinding helpful information on things to do nearby. The beach was only a 10 minute drive away. Having a pool onsite was very handy for days when we didn't want to drive to the beach. Perfect week in Calabria grazie Piero! I would definitely recommend booking the villa if you are looking for a relaxing week away in the south of Italy.

Wunderschöne Aussicht, aber weit oben

Das Beste an der Wohnung ist die Aussicht auf das Meer und der Vermieter Piero. Er hilft bei jeder Anfrage und hat viele tolle Tipps parat. Die hier gezeigten Fotos stellen aber ein Potpourri der verschiedenen Häuser da, sind also nicht eigentlich korrekt. Leider ist das Haus zwar nur 2km vom Strand entfernt, aber die sind so steil, dass an einen Fußmarsch nicht zu denken ist. Die Einrichtung, auch für die Küche, ist sehr vollständig. Man merkt der Einrichtung auch an, dass sie im billigsten IKEA-Fach gefunden wurd. Die Fensterläden kann man im Erdgeschoss nicht dauerhaft offenhalten bei Wind, weil die Befestigungen dafür aus der Fassung gerrissen sind. Das verdunkelte uns die letzten Tage einer ansonsten sehr schönen Zeit.

Traumferien in Bonifati

Das Ferienhaus war wie abgebildet ein echter Traum mit Pool. Pierro ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der sich stets um alle Sorgen zeitnah kümmerte. Wer Ferien fernab des normalen Deutschen Fereintrubels an endlosen Naturstränden sucht ist in diesem Haus bestens aufgehoben. Sehr empfehlenswert sind Tagesausflüge nach Corsenza, Pizzo und Tropea sowie in die verträumten Bergdörfer. Wir haben von Tropea aus eine Vulkaninselreise mit dem Schiff gemacht. Rundherum ein ganz besonderer Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank.

Very happy

The house was very nice and big. The furnishing was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and with the air conditioning you could sleep very well. The pool was a nice change from the sea. Piero, the landlord, was very nice and helpful. During the 2 weeks of our stay he made sure that everything was okay and we weren't lacking anything. All in all we had two great weeks and would definetly recommend the villa. Thank you Piero!

Very nice and spacious villa with beautiful views.

We stayed in villa Virginia for two weeks in the beginning of October. We are a family of five - three kids age 8 years, 4 years and 10 months - and we wished for a nice quiet and relaxing vacation. The house is situated in the most beautiful surroundings and it is possible to enjoy the view from the house, the garden and the balconies. Every night we enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony and in the morning we enjoyed the sunrise over the mountains. Some days - in the right light - it is possible to see the vulcanic island 'Stromboli'. In the evening we sat outside in the lighted terrace playing games. The house was very nice, spacious and had everything we needed. We spent most of our holiday at the house and in the swimming pool, but we also went to the beach and to the market ind both Belvedere and Cetraro. The area and small villages are very authentic - not touristed and filled with souvenirs. We had a fantastic holiday and if we go back to Calabria, we will absolutely stay here again! /Kathrine Lykke Jørgensen

very beatiful and quite for relaxing holidays

This wonderful villa is fully equipped and very beautiful. Located in the village caserosa, with a fantastic big swimming pool in a forest rich of oacks and ulivo's trees and stunning views. Very close to a nice free beach and many small old towns rich of history and nice restaurants. We spent a nice time here and probably will come back..! Thanks to Piero!!
