"To eat go in the citadelle"

"There was no coffee in the room. When we asked for some, the young man at the desk said he did not have the key to the cupboard that held the coffee. He said the person would come in 1 hour and then he could get it for us. The person never came and we kept checking over the evening. There is strangely no place for 2 people to sit in the Luca suite. There is 1 chair in kitchen but no table to eat at. There is 1 chair on the balcony. There is no couch. To eat, we had to sit on the bed. When we were leaving the elevator was broken. We had to carry our suitcases down the stairs and the young man at the desk never said “sorry the elevator is broken; thank you for staying with us; how was your stay?”. Nothing. Very poor customer service."

"Mina was great. We arrived late and she took us to the supermarket! She was very easy to communicate with and the property was terrific.Would recommend bringing everything with you- condiments, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, your own bin bags, kitchen roll, shampoo, etc. make sure you have capacity to contact Mina for questions as there is no orientation book for things like WiFi access and how the tv works. Mina is always there for you. We loved the outside living and where the property is located for access to Bonifacio and the beaches."

"Very noisy, there is a club next door playing music till 1.00 -1.30 am in addition we were kept away until 4.00 am we were told it was a staff party, but appeared to be a lock in. We were booked for 2 nights but checked out the following day as we found another hotel"

"Beautifully lush, landscaped gardens frame this luxurious designer hotel. Rooms are each set in a generous space and are thoughtfully designed and well appointed. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast in a smart, airy dining room looking out over the gardens. Nice pool and bar with Happy Hour. I would strongly recommend this hotel. "
