House was a great size for our group and gave ample room for us to gather and spread out as needed. Property was private but very easy to find and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Thanks for providing the space for a great time!

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at Nick and Cassie’s place! It has a beautiful view of the water and tons of extra space. So close to Stratton mountain. The hosts were very helpful and the place was in great shape. I’ve traveled to the area for many years and I’m confident there isn’t a better place to stay in all of Stratton. We will definitely be booking again!

Nick the owner was involved from the very beginning with various ways to make our time at his property and Stratton truly most enjoyable. We had minor issues upon check in that he quickly resolved and was very reasonable. The house is massive with great views and a kitchen that couldn't be more perfect.

The house is huge and has a giant finished basement perfect for the kids to retreat to. The kitchen had every appliance you can think of and the pizza oven worked perfectly. Hot tub outside was the icing on the cake after a day of skiing. The kids were also sledding on the golf course. The shuttle that comes right to the house made this super easy to get everyone to the mountain together. Will definitely stay again! Maybe for a golf retreat next time.

Relaxing VT stay . You are in a rural setting but places to stock up on supplies was less then 10 miniutes away . We watched the fireworks that stratton displayed pretty much from the comfort of the property .Our children are young adults and they had a blast finding local swimholes . As well as spending a day at Bromley Mountain ( 20 mins away ) where they did water slides , alpine slides , the giant swing to name a few . House is large and the ability to accomodate large families or groups . There were some items in need of repair or refreshed but nothing major or that impacted stay. Owner was quick to reply and accomodating . One item of note despite the views over the pond being fantastic as well as the pond being clean it is weedy so not a swimming pond , more of a kayak or canoe type of pond . All in all a fun and relaxing stay .

My wife and I got married the week of thanksgiving 2023. We had our entire wedding party and all of our friends plus our dog stay in nicks home. The home is amazing the view is gorgeous. True peace and there isn’t another home even remotely close. You can be as quiet or loud as you want. We partied and had an absolute blast. Literal 2 minute drive from Stratton village. The house makes you feel at home. The pizza oven was amazing. The beds are so comfortable. The house is so easy to use and the driveway is massive. Nick and Cassie are the nicest people on earth. I admit I was annoying with all of my questions and constantly texting Nick. But he never had an issue and was always willing to help us. I cannot stress that if you are looking at this house for renting look no further and just do it the price is completely worth it. I will 10000% be coming back with the same group again we all had the best times of our lives.
