"Insgesamt 4 prima Tage in der ruhigen Wohnung verbracht. Musste zeitweise im Homeoffice arbeiten, was mit dem angebotenen Internet der Wohnung hervorragend geklappt hat. Kleiner Supermarkt und Früchteladen war trotz Nebensaison offen und zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wohnung wurde mit einer elektrischen Heizung gemütlich warm. "We stayed 16 friends at El Cotillo for a week this July, we were welcomed by Carlos who has been wonderful in helping us with everything we needed and being like a friend to us during our stay. The property was beautiful, even better than the photos and very clean. The perfect place for our summer reunion holiday, we enjoyed the outdoor areas and the pool very much. The kitchen was very well equipped and the local supermarket too. We would love to return thank you very much!"

Disappointment in Cartaya

"From the moment I arrived at reception to check in, the main goal of the staff was to get extra money out of me. The room I had booked wasn’t ready because they were very busy but I could have an upgrade for an extra €40 per night and that room was ready so I accepted as we were tired and hungry. Parking was available, but there was a charge. Again I accepted. There was a charge for the dogs even though they did not provide ANYTHING for them. Again I accepted. Our suite had a safe but yes, you’ve guessed it, there was a charge. You could get a towel for the pool from reception but you had to give them your credit card details. Overall I was completely disappointed. The hotel is too big and impersonal and it was not my cup of tea"
