"The web site photos are misleading. There is no worthwhile view from hotel. Lift did not work. Supposed to include free breakfast but restaurant was closed as they had no other guests. Not open for lunch either. Premium room was supposed to have 2 rooms. Second room was sofa bed in entryway. We could not cancel as we had checked in. We gave the room to our driver and found a luxury resort nearby for the same price. Do not be misled by their photos. Reviews are probably fake. Stay away from this...

It’s a rare vantage point that makes a memory to cherish. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and warm. We were delighted to be offered an early check-in, a small gesture that made a big difference after our drive with kids. Special thanks to Shaktivyel, who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The service levels were exceptional throughout our stay. A heartfelt shoutout to Ramu** and Veerumani at the restaurant. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality enhanced every meal.
