Apartment 103 accommodates 6 people, but an extra mattress can be provided to accommodate 7, upon request. It is an excellent option for those looking for affordability without compromising on comfort and coziness.

• Sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and towels are not included in the accommodation fee. You can choose to bring your own items or rent them from us.

• By default, we provide 1 pillow per person.

APARTMENT FEATURES:

◘ The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils so you can prepare your meals as if you were at home. It includes a gas stove, cabinets, refrigerator, microwave, blender, dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans. We provide dish soap, sponge, cleaning cloth, and dish towel for the first few days.

◘ The living room is integrated with the kitchen and features a box-style double bed, a 32'' Smart TV, and a comfortable sofa.

◘ In the bedroom, you will find a split air conditioner, high-quality beds, a wardrobe, and an iron, as well as one pillow per guest. All mattresses and pillows have protective covers that are replaced with each new stay.

◘ The bathroom has a high-flow shower, and we provide shampoo, liquid soap, and a hair dryer — all for your added comfort.

◘ We also include a bucket, broom, squeegee, cleaning cloth, and dustpan in case you need them during your stay.

It features two washing machines and a utility sink, as well as a party area with a kitchen, three barbecue grills, and a restroom. It’s the perfect place to socialize and enjoy a great meal while taking in a beautiful view of the city, including both sunrise and sunset. This space is open for you to use anytime, with no need for prior booking.
