This is the first time staying here at Disneyland, and had a great experience. When we checked in, the room was cold and maintenance showed up quickly and fixed the issue. The front desk was efficient and attentive. The bell staff were great, and very helpful! The valet was spot on and nice. The Food and beverage was good the first night we arrived. The service was a bit off, and food quality was good but not great. The hostess was rude and not too attentive both at night and the next morning. The room was amazing, very comfortable and we had a great view of the fireworks! The condition of the property was fantastic. The best yet!

Room was clean. Appreciate the room configuration with two bedrooms. Easy (and free) to park. Easy check-in. Convenient fridge. Short walk to Disneyland. Has a bathtub (not just a shower - important when staying with young kids). Will stay here again.

Our room was clean and the one day we had maid service it was perfect again. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Room was super cute, beds were ok. Amazing location for Disney and DCA! Great price!

The room was clean enough to shower and sleep in, and that is all we needed it for. If we needed to spend any significant amount of down time in this hotel, we would have left and booked somewhere else. We felt safe and the area is fine, a short walk to Disney which was the most appealing part. Will look elsewhere if we visit again in the future.
