Excellent ski-in&out hotel!

Stayed again after some 8 years, happy to see the quality of hotel's services have only improved. We enjoyed our stay a lot. If I have to criticise, I can only comment keeping room heaters down a bit. We simply love not needing to leave the hotel premises for anything..

Attiginiz adim para..

Kayak otellerinde lobide ikram edilen sicak icecekler genelde gun boyu ucretsiz olur. Kaya Palazzo’da malesef bu gecerli degil. Son derece yuksek bir meblag odemenize ragmen attiginiz her adimda para odemek zorundasiniz. Spa ucretleri de gereksiz yuksek. Grupta kaymayan birileri varsa sikintidan patlamaya hazir olsun. Zira otelde hicbir ekstra etkinlik yok. Yemeginizi yiyip yatin diyor otel… ya da kisi basi en az 1000 lira odeyip Palazzo Lounge’da takilin… mekan guzel olmus gercekten ama keske fiyatlar biraz daha makul olsaydi ya da otel musterilerine indirim yapilsaydi. Iki gece icin 35 bin tam pansiyon bedeli odemisken gelip bir de burada yuksek hesap odemek sinir bozucu oluyor.

Otel odalarının duvarları o kadar ince ki hiç uyuyamadık yan odanın içindeymişiz gibiydi resmen yan oda 2 ye kadar uyumadı bizide uyutmadı!sonra kolidorda alman turistler çıplak koşturdu!böyle kalitesiz bir ortam görmemiştim!otelden 1 gün önce check out yaptık yaktık 1 gecemizi çoluk çocuk perişan oldu uyuyamadılar ertesi günde tabii ki kaymak istemediler.izolasyon denen şey sıfır!rezalet hayatımda hiç bu kadar kötü bir otel odası görmemiştim bir daha ASLA!ve otelde hiç bir misafir maske takmıyor ve uyarılmıyorlar!bizim için kaya otelleri bitmiştir.kesinlikle tavsiyede vermem böylesi kalitesiz inşaat malzemesi kullanılmaz bir otelde!

Price doesn’t worth at all. The reception is trying to give you the worst room until you ask for better located room even there are plenty of empty rooms.

Lovely place. My family and I loved our short break. Excellent food., amenities and staff especially the young man in charge of the kids area. BRAVO The only inconvenience though is the long distance from Istanbul aeroport. More than 3 hours drive

Kaya Palazzo yu nasıl bilirdiniz?

Kayak otelleri arasında sadece Bolu değil Türkiye'de gidilebilecek en iyi otel. Vale, oda teslimi resepsiyon, lobby herkese ve herşey hoş bir düzen içerisinde. Oda konusunda bir anlaşmazlık olsa da, odanın bazı malzemeleri eskmiş olsa da kesinlikle yine bölgede kalınabilecek en iyi otel. Havlular, nevresim temiz... Tek hayal kırıklığı açık büfe: bu kadar çok gayretli çalışan, kaliteli malzeme ve çalışkan özverili personele rağmen sonuç; çok çeşitli az lezzetli yemekler. Zayıf içki sunumları, Antalya avaraj tatil köyü açık büfe anlayışı. Personelle alakalı değil kesinlikle reçetelerle alakalı problem var. Zira sunuma bakarsanız füzyon mutfağı ve geleneksel mutfak yemekleri bir arada sunuluyor. Sushi den başlayıp kayseri mantıya kadar çeşitlilik... Bu kadar çeşidin lezzetinin avaraj oluşu üzücü... Kayak yapanlar için kayak odası yeterince konforlu sayılabilir. Sürekli giyinmenize dahi yardım edecek kadar yardımsever personel mevcut ki kiralama bölümünün çalışanları ve mecburiyetleri yok. Kayak ekipmanları için saklama alanları var ancak ısıtıcı düzenek maalesef düşünülmemiş. ıslak kayak botlarını ertesi gün de nemli bir şekilde gitme ihtimaliniz var. Ortak alanların şıklığı ce mimamirisi güzel. Lobbyde, pistlere kartal gözü bakışla oturarak birşeyler içmek keyifli... fiyat performans olarak bölge otellere göre pahalı, sunduğu hizmetlere göre de makul... Bölgede tesis azlığı, kayak anlayışının halen gelişiyor olmasına bağlı olarak çölde vaha gibi bakılabilir
