The flat was about a 10 minute walk to Milano Centrale and the tram line which was very convenient for getting around Milan or for day trips to Lake Como and Venice, which we did. "We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

"So many supurb spots to eat in such a short distance of the property. Close to the train station. Apartment is in a quiet and beautiful courtyard and on a street without traffic so its inner city quiet and peaceful and has an adorable little balcony and a laundry washing machine. Our hosts were sweet and informative. The floors were adorable and i would stay here again!"

"This place is very beautiful! The kitchen sink faucet was loose, maybe even broken. The bathroom floor had hair left on it. I couldn’t use the balcony because of a bad cat allergy and two cats that would jump over the rails whenever we tried to go out. They were cute, not aggressive, just curious."

"Instructions for exact location were ambiguous. We arrived looking for the exact address and it took a few minutes to find the right door. There are several businesses at the same address and so there was some cony. This could have been pointed out to avoid such an issue . The apartment was large, spacious and clean. The heating system was not able to be controlled so the entire two days, we were too warm and so uncomfortable. For the washed clothes, it was advantageous. The tv did not work...
