One-bedroom apartment recently renovated, right in the heart of Bologna, a few steps away from the two Towers.



The apartment, located on the fourth floor with an elevator, opens directly onto the bright living room which features a comfortable double sofa bed, a cabinet, a dining table, a TV, in addition to a fully-equipped American kitchen which includes a dishwasher, an oven, a kettle, a microwave and a coffee machine.

The bedroom has a modern design and is fitted with a queen-size bed, which can be divided into two single ones upon request, two nightstands with two lamps, a small desk and a large wardrobe. The main feature that gives a nice touch to the room is the wall decorated with a tropical wallpaper.

A bathroom with a large shower and a washing machine completes the apartment.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.



20 minutes walking distance from the apartment there is the central train station while the airport is less than a 20-minute drive away.
