Welcome to this spacious holiday villa located in Bollène, in the heart of Haut-Vaucluse, at the gateway to Drôme Provençale and Provence.



In a quiet and residential neighbourhood, this 140 m² house, with its tree-lined 1300 m² garden fully enclosed, can comfortably accommodate 8 travellers.



She is ideal for family or friends holidays, between relaxation by the pool and discovering the treasures of the region.



The house rises over 2 levels:



Ground floor:

- Fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace

- Dining room and living room with access to the terrace and pool through two beautiful bay windows

- Pantry and laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, second refrigerator)

- Two bedrooms, one with direct access to the terrace

- Bathroom with walk-in shower

- Separate toilet

The house is fully air-conditioned and the rooms are equipped with mosquito nets, wardrobes, and Queen Size beds (160cm).

- Covered terrace allowing you to enjoy beautiful shade

- Gas plancha is available

- Swimming pool 8 m x 4 m with flat bottom (1.50m), secured by a roller shutter

- Tree-lined garden, beautifully landscaped and fully enclosed

- Ping pong table

- Private parking in front of two covered and closed garages



No pets allowed, non-smoking house.

Electric car charging strictly prohibited.



Bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented for an additional charge of £92 per booking.



A deposit of £1,500 via our partner SWIKLY will be requested (bank imprint), as well as a holiday extension insurance.
