"The property is located very close to the Witches Market and central Cathedral. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast was as per many other hotels of this class. If you have heavy luggage there is no lift and staff don’t offer to help carry luggage up to your floor level. In my case 5th floor. The view from the breakfast area is across the city."

"I spent weeks here. I stayed in the room with a private bathroom. The bed is comfortable and worm. The shower is electric shower, but works surprisingly well. The wifi is fast and steady. The host is very friendly. It’s pretty close to the bus terminal, but a bit far from downtown."

"We had a horrible stay here. We arrived with a night bus at 7AM, thinking it would be fine since they advertised 24 hour reception and check-in from 7AM. There was no one there and we had to rattle the doors for 25 minutes only to wake up a guest to let us in. They couldn't find our booking in the system, but offered us a mattress in the lobby.. Must pay cash. Boy late for check out (flight to catch). Shows up with abusive parents and refuses to pay for hotel. Stress!"
