Carmen ( our host) was very helpful to plan our visit and recommended us not only the main landmarks also the best restaurants. Amazing gardens and beautiful top roof to enjoy at night the view of the city. It was a blast "

"Nice property in a good location a little outside the main center of the town. Safe and a few good restaurants nearby. Service was good. Bathrooms were tiny though and there was no hot water in the sink. Overall pretty good value for price though. I would stay there again. "

"It was a tired presentation of the room. There was no tea and coffee facility with in the room , no bar fridge nor ceiling fan or air conditioning. There was no replacement of soaps or lotions during the stay. We were in a family room and we had to ask for the mattresses to be replaced for the children because they were poor and not able to sleep in. "First off there was no stay! The hotel did not have our reservation, as confirmed by Hotels.com, and reserved on 2/1/2024. So, we did not have a place to stay even after the reservation was booked and confirmed by the hotel. We tried on numerous occasions to have the hotel do the right thing and they refused. Now they are also keeping my money $189 for 2 nights. Lesson learned, don't frequent this hotel. We decided to stay in Isla de Sol instead after a last-minute hotel scramble. It was...
