"Room was clean, but wasnt ready until after 6pm for check in. Desk help was frazzled and was not able to contact any management. We ended up going off the properry for dinner, when we learned the restaurant was closed down. "

"This house was by far the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed a few days with my daughter and her family/2 small children. The house is beautiful. Its in a quiet neighborhood, The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would ever need. There were even toys, a crib/highchair and dishes for the children. The house is very comfortable - especially the couch! The location is great. I had a few questions, and the host contacted me immediately, communication was great. We’ll definitely be requesting this house in the future when visiting Boise."

"We had an ok stay at the Modern 4BR w/Hot Tub house in Boise. Overall the communication was good and the house was clean. We were in town for a soccer tournament and had 6 players staying at the house with myself. I was disappointed that they were out of laundry detergent, so I was not able to wash jerseys and gear after the games. I was also disappointed in the limited amount and poor quality towels (cheap and stained). The house is beat up from the flooring popping up, walls/baseboards and overall upkeep. The front bedroom window would not shut and lock, which posed a safety issue. The front entry keypad and door were also temperamental. Lastly, we upgraded our VRBO choice for the hot tub and I was very disappointed. The "hot" tub was lukewarm at best. A positive was that it was spacious and the beds were comfortable. "
