It had a cute little kitchen, but absolutely nothing to cook with not even a coffee pot and then I was running late in the morning and I know the checkout time was 11 and I got a very loud knock on my door at 10:52 reminding me to check out was at 11 I just thought that was very odd and rude. It’s a newer hotel and the last thing is the bed was horrible. It was on a very cheap bedframe that kept sliding all over on the floor. I’m just one person. I’m average size and I felt like the bed wouldn’t even hold up my weight. I think they should invest in better bed frames. I probably won’t stay there again. They’re too many things that really were unacceptable for me.

Way shadey drugs I almost thought that CERTAIN people there were complicant just because it was so blatantly happening.( maybe I’m wrong but come on really?) I mean people were knock ditching on doors smoking making I mean massive noise at 2am we said something in the morning it continued. We had called down there when it was happening, but nobody was answering various days. I know our phone worked because we had Called down before. The floor was beyond dirty that’s an understatement. Bed was beyond uncomfortable. I mean extremely I had health issues I explained that to them if he could make shure it was something comfortable he transferred us to a different room instead of bottom to floor third floor. And kind of chuckled wich I found a bit strange. This was below the peopIe who were smoking and where we think the chemicals smell and it also sounded like they we were tweaking on the outlets or something. We said something several times. don’t know if it’s procedure or what I don’t think so but when we checked out the girl said “… right?” (Our room number.) Then to add insult to injury after all the drama she immediately went upstairs as if they had to check the room like we had done something wrong! Wow! She seemed the most unprofessional. the night guy seemed really cool though But when we asked for them to check the cameras everyone said they had no access? I asked everyone that worked there huh interesting then who does?? Just seemed shadey

Felt like we were staying in a dorm room. People were riding scooters up and down the hallway at all hours. Noisy. We had booked for 3 nights but only stayed 1....and only then becuase we didn't get in until 10pm. Beds were like cots. Only 1 towel in our room. Room did appear to be fairly clean. Not impressed ..... The only plus.....front desk staff were nice!!

By far one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Our room smelled like wet dog. The blankets were more like sheets and when I tempted three times to get additional blankets from the front desk, no one was available. Luckily I had a blanket in my car. Shower head sprayed everywhere but where it needed to spray and caused the water to spray on the floor. No extra towels or hand towels so the floor stayed wet. Couldn't get anyone at the front desk when I tried to get extra towels either. The dog next door would not stop crying and whimpering through the late night. Other guests stomped around the hallways withering their phones on speaker. Will NEVER stay here again.

My dog found a hot Cheeto on the floor of the room after we entered. The fridge had a pool of water on the shelves. The elevator was out of order so we had to hike it with 2 dogs and 2 luggage items up 3 flights of stairs. Also, the bed needs more bedding on it. For $135? Nah
