Welcome to the Urban Alcove, nestled in a peaceful residential area of Boise, this charming studio guest house is the perfect retreat for those seeking a cozy and comfortable getaway. The tastefully decorated interior features a full kitchen, comfortable queen-sized bed, and a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV. Guests can enjoy the private outdoor patio area and the convenience of being just a short drive away from Downtown Boise's attractions and activities.

Please Note:

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pet must be discussed/approved and paid in advance. This is a pet friendly apartment for up to 1 dog. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No smoking - minimum $250 fine.

Heating and air conditioning is via a mini split wall unit controlled via remote. Floors in unit are concrete. Outdoor firepit is wood burning - wood is not provided.

Small and sweet

Perfect space for two people while in the Boise area. The place is charming. My husband and I loved it! It had all the amenities we needed even as a studio apartment. It felt large - the open floor plan gives it a roomy feel. The hosts are amazing and wonderful to work with.

Cozy Cottage

I had a great stay at this cozy little cottage. I was in town for a workshop and needed a place to stay within walking distance. This place was perfect and provided me with a nice daily walk. It was so nice to have a full kitchen for meals. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was tidy with a cool shower, and I loved the artistic sink. It was also great to be able to do laundry. One other huge perk of this location is that it is *so quiet.* I would definitely stay here again.

It was a cozy and quiet stay, I would stay again, however,I thought it was a one bedroom, I didn’t know it was an efficiency all in one,and to get in the driveway it was tight, but overall good stay.

Peaceful stay

We came up for the weekend for our sons college graduation and we’re looking forward to a quiet, relaxing visit. It was exactly what we were hoping! The place was small and quaint and we loved the set up. We’re actually inspired to do our kitchen in the same way!! If we decide to come to Boise again we’ll definitely be back here :)
