Stunning Downtown Villa | Epic Man Cave

Originally built in 1938 and fully remodeled in 2020, this beautiful home blends historic charm with modern comforts. Check out the garage converted into an epic man cave with games and a home theater built in 2024.

The main level features dark hardwood floors, an expansive master bedroom, a second large bedroom, and a luxurious full bathroom with antique-style tile. The living/dining area is perfect for entertaining, and the kitchen includes everything you need for cooking, including a double oven, oversized fridge/freezer, and breakfast table for 4.

The lower level offers two additional bedrooms, a mini-kitchen, and a second luxury full bathroom. The home sleeps up to 8–10 with beds of varying firmness: king in the master, queen upstairs, queen + futon downstairs, and 2 twins.

Entertainment abounds with a 55" smart TV with Netflix & Disney+, a private backyard with canopy, and the man cave featuring air hockey, darts, foosball, Pac-Man arcade, popcorn popper, surround sound theater, and a giant chess board on the garage door.

Designed for flexibility, the home can function as one large space or two separate homes, with the downstairs securely lockable and its own thermostat zone.
