Split 4 bedroom design with a king bed in the master bedroom and all other bedrooms have queen beds, fireplace, microwave, lg laundry center, Frig w/icemaker, Bosch DW, Small dog friendly, fenced yard, 5 minutes to Idaho's newest and Premier Mall, 'The Village', with outstanding dining, entertainment and shopping, 5 minutes to Roaring Springs Waterpark 2 miles straight shot to freeway on-ramp, open vaulted design with lots of light. See virtual tour. Great skiing only 45 minutes away at Bogus Basin Ski Area, Energy efficient making your stay super comfortable. A programmable thermostat in hall also for your ease. This home being a single level is great for those who may have knee or back issues. This is in a safe, quiet neighborhood of well maintained homes. It is 1/2 mile from Albertsons Grocery and McDonalds for quick food trips. We would love to meet and greet you on your stay in Boise/Meridian Idaho. It's a GREAT place !! Ask about our special rental program for those looking to move to the area and are looking to buy or build a home!

Great place to stay in Boise/Meridian

We had six adults staying in the four bedrooms: two couples and two singles so everyone had their own space. We had a dog with us so the fenced in backyard was a plus. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great location close to freeway, restaurants and sightseeing.

Great home for Golf Buddies

This house was a great place to stay for buddies on a golf trip to Boise. The house was clean, comfortable and very well appointed for all our needs. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Our stay here was exactly what we had hoped for - highly recommended!!

Great Place

Had a wonderful time at this lovely home in Meridian. Came up for a graduation with family and made the most of our time in Idaho. Property was clean and neat and there was space for the 8 of us. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils for our use. The house was just as advertised and in a great location. We had a great stay!

Nice house with many ammenities

This was our second time staying at the property with our dogs. The backyard is fenced and perfect if you have a dog. There are 4 nicely appointed bedrooms and two baths with plenty of bedding, towels, shampoo, body wash, qtips, hair drier, etc. the kitchen has all of the supplies for cooking and serving, including many spices. There is a large dining table that can seat 8 or more. Very quiet safe neighborhood close to many restaurants and grocery options. We will be back!

5 adults, all 3 adult kids had their own space. Perfect location for attending a family wedding, and close to Boise. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, lots of extra linens for bath/beds

Awesome Meridian Home!

We recently stayed in the home over the long Memorial Day Weekend to attend my son's wedding. My wife and I were really impressed with everything about the home, including the location/neighborhood, cleanliness, and how well stocked the home was with all the necessities. We will certainly stay here again when visiting the area. A solid 5-star rating for us!

Excellent!

We spent four nights at this property. It was welcoming and comfortable! It was the perfect size for us (myself, husband, and three children). We all had our own space while visiting family in the area. The house was generously stocked with necessities. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Son’s Wedding

I booked two of Darrell’s houses to accommodate our family and friends traveling with us for our son’s wedding; I could not be more pleased! Both houses were very clean and had a good supply of towels and linens. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed, as well. The beds were extremely comfortable and everyone in our party of 13 slept well while we were there. Thank you Darrell for a very pleasant stay!

Meridian stay

Overall the property is very nice. Clean with comfy beds and plenty of amenities for any stay. Darrel was great at answering any of my questions promptly. 7 adults were very comfortable for our 6 night stay. There were a few issues with a loose headboard and a missing screen in the small bathroom but nothing to dampen our enjoying the house and the great little patio in the fenced back yard when we had time. Being able to park inside the garage was very nice for packing. It is convenient to many restaurants, shopping and other touristy things to see.

Great Place and lOcation for Family Gathering

We had rented the house several years ago and were heading to Boise for a family funeral so decided to rent the same place since it was clean, large, and convenient location. The house id located in a quiet and well-kept neighborhood. My family felt safe there. The place was clean with plenty of towels and linens. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of kitchen supplies. We had a family gathering for dinner one night and we had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc for everyone. The house if located close to a grocery store and to a main highway. We visited the Warhawk Air Museum which is10 minutes away. It is at a small airport and they have a restaurant/bar at the airport. The museum was a great find! If we visit Boise again, we certainly would stay at this location!
