"Hotel staff was not very accommodating. For example, the complementary coffee was empty. When we asked for more coffee, the employee said there should be more than enough, however, there wasn’t even enough for one cup. The hotel room suite should have mini Keurig to make our own coffee. There was no Keurig in our room."

"We chose to stay here on our way home from a road trip. Location worked for us. We used the steam room with help of the front desk to get it started. The sauna wasn’t hot. They started it, but it still wasn’t hot after getting out of the steam room. The hot tub wasn’t super hot and the bubbles weren’t working. The beds were ok, a little hard. We didn’t eat breakfast there. They stop serving at 9. We had somewhere we wanted to go for breakfast anyway so it was fine. Overall the stay was good. "

The beds are hard and the pillow situation is incredibly strange… the queen beds each had one normal pillow and two tiny half pillows which made bed sharing a bit of a plight for the person whose head went right in the crack between the tiny pillows.
