Modern Get Away - The Boat House
- Enjoy a modern, clean get away in a walk-able, historic district. The Boat House has a king bed and large, walk in tile shower. The home has ADA thresholds throughout and grab bars in the bathroom. The private, fenced back yard includes patio area with furniture and grill. Fully furnished including new kitchen and new washer/dryer, installed July 2021.
The Boat House is close to Hyde Park, with restaurants, full service bike support, coffee shops, ice cream parlor, pubs and boutique shopping. At the foot of Bogus Basin Road and near Camel's Back Park, foothills trails, grocery stores and downtown.
