The property was great! It was very clean and a great place to stay! I forgot a few things and the house had the items I needed without having to run out in the evening to buy them! The neighborhood was quiet and was close to many fun things to do!

Vacay with grandkids

Location, Location, location! Brought grandkids for a short vacay to Roaring Springs and Wahooz. Enough rooms and bathrooms for all and REALLY appreciated the community pool and park being so close. Roaring Springs and Wahooz were only a few short miles away (without having to use freeway) And, grocery store within a mile. Very pleased!

We loved staying at your house. Everything was clean. Loved the take it or leave it. Also well stocked pots and pans. We used the grill. And the pool was a must.

Great and easy stay.

Great sleeping arrangements the only thing to me was the living room was a little small. It would have been tight if everyone that was supposed to go went. Family emergency put a damper on what would have been a great trip.

lovely Home

We were down to Boise for a family wedding and needed a place for family to stay. This home was well stocked, clean. and very comfortable. It provided a lovely place for us all to be to be together. I would certainly recommend this lovely home to others.

Perfect Ford Event Center Location

Everything was listed. Beds were comfortable. TV in every room, so no fighting over the remote. All the bathrooms was convenient to have as well. Very secure neighborhood! Nice to have a garage to park the car into. Plus, extra rv parking.

Great for holiday visit

The house was a great layout. I loved that there was a door to the upstairs to keep the little one from exploring that area. There were 3 couples, visiting family. Room for us all to get together and kids to play upstairs. The home is well stocked with almost everything you need. Joyce was able to add 2 days to the reservation already. The microwave broke on us while we were there and it was replaced the same day. Great host/hostess.

Very comfortable

It was a safe, comfortable and accommodating space for 5 women on a get away. We enjoyed it! Needs some updates: upstairs bathroom needs a better showerhead and has a musty rotten odor, all bathrooms need grab bars, living room needs curtains or an area rug to absorb sound (echos), and the lovely patio has a disintegrating tabletop cover. These changes would give it 5 stars!

Great house but…

I wish I’d known this was a pet home - in joy anting anything negative about the owner specifically - but I have issues with vrbo not making it clear that the home allows pets - we all left a day early due to horrible allergies. Also the beds are like keeping on jello so squishy and uncomfortable Otherwise a great home

The process was easy. However,I was charged for four extra people, we only had 5 total and the property is listed to have 8. The only suggestion is there needs to be more glassware. There were no juice glasses and two wine glasses.

Needs Cleaning

Great location but the house is filthy. Carpets are dirty with large stains, air vents and exhaust fans look like they are growing fur, dirty walls baseboards and lights. Bed in front room needs a new mattress and all pillows are old and in need of replacing. My dad cleaned the exhaust fan in the guest bedroom, my husband fixed the toilet seat in the master bathroom. None of us go on vacation to do chores. Linens and towels were clean. The size of the home was perfect for 5 adults. The backyard was private with large beautiful trees. Overall the house feels tired, I could have overlooked needing updates if it had been clean.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament in Boise and it was absolutely amazing for our families. With temps well into the high 90s, it was a great place to take a break and enjoy some downtime. AC worked great, pool was amazing, and it is close to just about everything. We would definitely stay here again. Many trips to In 'n' Out were had, thank you all again!
