Lovely basement apartment with covered outdoor patio.

Come enjoy our newly renovated basement apartment that's close to downtown, grocery stores, and NNU. There is also a covered patio for guests to relax.

The doorways are a little short, so not recommended for tall folks unless you're mindful of your head. :) The floor plan is also a little quirky in that the only entrance to the bedroom is through the bathroom. Still a cute space to spend a few nights!

It was a small basement apartment not comfortable to hang out in but was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it was well stocked. A perfect place to sleep. The owner stocked a basket with snack goodies that was very much appreciated. Will definately stay there again.

Perfect for 2 people.

I was hereby myself, but this is a perfect unit for a couple to stay. Conveniently located in Nampa, full kitchen and a very nice neighborhood.

Exactly as advertised

2nd stay at this property. I have used it while visiting daughter at NNU. Room enough for 2. Clean and cute. I am short so low ceilings no problem. Read description and you wont be disappointed.

This property was perfect! The perfect size for my boyfriend and I to spend the weekend in Nampa while in town for a wedding. We were close to everything we needed and just a short drive over to Boise. Access to laundry was a nice addition and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cook where and dishes to make breakfast and dinner a breeze while we were visiting. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone traveling to Nampa!

Well-suited place for two to stay in the Nampa area. Description is accurate, including the low clearance, but even at 5’11” it wasn’t a problem. Kitchen worked well for preparing a few meals.

Perfect spot, close to everything. Nice closed in porch to sit and relax in at night with patio lights. Would have like to have a ceiling fan in the kitchen and bathroom.

The place was nice and clean, with plenty amenities. Owners were easy to communicate with. It’s good for a quick, reasonable stay. One complaint is the pillows. Terribly flat and uncomfortable. I found a better one on the last night. Other than that it kept me close to my daughter and her family.

Cute Basement Apartment

Came to Nampa to visit my daughter for a few days. Booked this cute basement apartment. What an adorable rental. Literally has everything you need. Quiet, clean and cool during the hot weather. Communication was easy with the host. I was close to Nampa town center and a quick drive to Boise and the airport. For a basement apartment, it was very quiet. An occasional creek from floorboards was all i heard during my stay. I felt bad walking on the grass to get to the door, but the outdoor patio was a welcomed bonus during the rainy moments. The kitchen was stocked with some food choices and supplies. A cute little place in a quiet neighborhood. This is definitely one of my top picks for future visits to Nampa!

Home away from home

Hey, I just want to say thank you very much for letting me stay there. I'm a big guy and the only problem I had was getting in and out of the washroom lol. I loved it a lot it was very peaceful for me especially after work I would go and relax on the little green sofa and just catch a breath from a hard day at work. I went and tried to relax on the patio but it was too damn cold 😂 Getting in and out of the basement was a breeze and parking was easy. The roads were pretty clear when it snowed which made it easy to get to work in Boise. Again thank you very much.
