"Hotel staff was not very accommodating. For example, the complementary coffee was empty. When we asked for more coffee, the employee said there should be more than enough, however, there wasn’t even enough for one cup. The hotel room suite should have mini Keurig to make our own coffee. There was no Keurig in our room."

"We came to see a concert and the hotel was only 2 blocks from the venue, the front desk clerk gave us perfect directions, and the breakfast was the best we’ve had in a while."

What I didn't like was that the air conditioning was too loud and kept me awake most of the night. I was also disappointed that the pool didn't have a hot tub. That is why I rated it good but not great."
