Great place to stay!

Everything was clean and check in was smooth! We had everything we needed and this place was in a nice quiet neighborhood but also close to lots of shopping and entertainment. Would stay here again & highly recomend!

Great stay

The house was nice and clean. Easy to find and get to. We found a little playground we could walk to just a block down the street. All in all great stay. It would have been nice to have a TV in our room as my wife likes to fall asleep to a show, but that's not too big of a deal to us. All around great experience.

Home was clean,pictures accurate. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Would be nice to have Tvs in the bedroom. Was looking forward to using barbecue but it had not been cleaned..Easy check in process. Nice equipped kitchen and laundry.

Great location off of I-84

This property was great for our stay in Meridian. Brian was very quick to answer any questions we had. The fenced yard was a plus as it allowed our furry family member to accompany us!

Lovely and quiet home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is arranged well, and it seems larger than the square footage. Beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The yard was spacious, fenced, and quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent home!

This was a beautiful home that was quiet and spacious. The neighborhood was very safe, and we appreciated the fenced backyard for our children as well as the thoughtful items available for us to use in the home. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the attached garage was great. We would absolutely stay here again!

Family celebration

Great location for the activities. They even cleared the driveway after a decent snow storm. It was nice to have garage access with the snow storms. Home was very clean and kitchen had basic necessities.

Wonderful Home!

We came as a family (2 adults and three teenage children) to enjoy Boise and the amenities. This property is in a great location, close to the interstate, as well as grocery stores and food. It is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. It was hot and the central air worked perfectly. The home is super comfortable and well appointed. Management was very kind with timely communication and a super easy checkout process. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The home and location were excellent. Nice quiet neighborhood. Landlord attentive.

Although the home was nice, it was a bit outdated. Only television was in living room and the sofa's were very uncomfortable. They desperately need to be upgraded to reclining sofa and chairs to enjoy watching TV. I 'm not sure if cleaning agent used on sofa's made me itch but had to sit on stool from kitchen to be able to enjoy down time with family watching TV. Besides that everything else was good. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Location is good

The location is good. Pretty centralized area of Boise to get anywhere in a short time. Grocery stores, shopping and eateries are close. Very quiet neighborhood. The townhouse was moderately clean. Towels and linens need to be updated. Mattresses are in very poor shape and one of them has a huge blood stain on it. No dishwasher soap or soap to hand wash dishes. No check out instructions. They make you sign an extra rental agreement and put a hold on your card and will release the money back to you once the cleaning staff makes sure there is no damage. In all the homes I’ve rented, I’ve never had to do this.
