Stylish and well furnished house. Extremely clean! Sitting furniture and beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the linens and towels were high quality. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, glassware and utensils. Perfect gathering place for my family.

Great Location Great Stay!

I was a little hesitant about staying here due to the location, but it was actually perfect! We were 15 minutes from the water park and 15 minutes from downtown Boise, both places we frequented. The house itself was perfect for our needs in terms of the number of bedrooms & bathrooms; the kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, gadgets, appliances, etc; and the property owner was super responsive whenever I had a question. We will definitely keep this house in mind if we take a trip to Boise again!

Spacious Layout- great for sharing

Rented this for Easter weekend with family. We are both families of 4 and the split floor plan was perfect for us to share and not feel like we were all on top of each other. It was clean and the host was available for my questions! The neighborhood was where we needed to be and we would totally stay there again.

We have stayed in quite a few vacation properties and this one is one of the best we have seen. The location is fantastic and feels safe but close to amenities. The furnishings are modern and tasteful, yet warm and inviting. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed. We were especially impressed by the beautiful yard which was in full bloom during our stay and is fully fenced and private. The hostess was beyond responsive and accommodating, we VERY highly recommend this property and give it a very hearty 5 stars.

We loved our stay at Cozy Home. The neighborhood was beautiful and it was close to everything we needed. We had six people all adults stay and it could not have been better! We loved the layout of the house and it was very clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The check in was seamless with the auto lock front door and the communication with the owner was amazing! She was kind and thoughtful and contacted me when it was ready early. Our stay in the house helped make my daughter’s college graduation a great stay for all of us.

The missing item for a perfect stay!

I booked the home for family coming to a family reunion. I was excited to find a place with 4 bedrooms with queen beds. The guests were young adults and they were surprised and very disappointed that there was no wifi.I too was surprised and felt badly that I had missed that fact when booking, if it was in the description.. The property is very nice and clean, well stocked kitchen. Small but very cozy and my guests were pleased with the stay, except for the missing wifi.

Comfortable home

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We stayed here close to Christmas and when we arrived there was a Christmas tree setup and lit in the home. This was a nice touch. We had 7 adults staying and we fit comfortably. The only issue we had was there was only 4 chairs for the dining room table. This made it difficult for the 7 of us to eat together because 3 had to stand while eating. Hopefully the property manager will fix this issue. Besides this issue, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I recommend this property as a nice place to stay.

Ok could be better

Table in dining room had only 4 chairs there was 7 of us. No shelfs in closet in two bedrooms. Ceiling fans had not been dusted in long time . Back yard had not been mowed holes along the patio concrete .Grill was filthy full of debrie. Dryers heating element is going out had to run dryer 3 times to dry a load. Beds where comfortably plenty of linens and towels kitchen is well equipped. I've stayed in better and ive stayed a worse. With just a little maintenence this could be really nice place to stay.
