The house was really nice. However just not enough towels/wash cloths, should not have tk de laundry everymight to take a shower.

I would love to give 5 stars but unfortunately cannot. The house itself is beautiful with and great location. There are a few things the house needs as far as repairs but nothing that would ruin a stay. The main issue I had was that the house was not equipped for a large family. There was a lack of linens, supplies and not as many beds as expected. We were surprised there was only 1 TV which personally doesnt work for us as a family traveling with teenagers. There was a ping pong table but no balls to play. I reached out to the management company after we made it home as

Do not stay at this property!

False advertising (no double beds and the twin advertised is an air mattress.) The home was dirty (floors disgusting, had to wear shoes or your feet stuck to the floor) stains on couches (that were covered with pillows to hide) Dingy dirty carpet and no vacuuming in any bedroom closet (when we opened the closet to hang clothes there was stuff all over the carpet! This was a miserable stay with insufficient bedding if you use the air mattress. No blanket. We stayed here at this property for a funeral and staying at this property made a very difficult time even more difficult. No one wants to stay in a dirty home!!!

We often stay in homes and use Vrbo We travel a lot for our kids sports in all areas of the state and UtahThis being the first place I would not give a good reviewThe listing claims 5 bedrooms. But it’s 4, which shows in detailsMaster bedroom said king bed with a twin, which is not true. There is a twin air mattress, which didn’t have any batteries for the pump, we went to Walmart and bought them as we needed the air mattress. Reservation says sleeps up to 8, 5 bath towels were in the house for showering. I called and was told it would be a couple hours before we would get towels. I had to go to Walmart to purchase towels as we were in Meridian for soccer and baseball tournaments Other unpleasant findings: Broken closet door in hall, can’t close the door or it comes off the track Multiple broken kitchen chairs and kitchen utensilsThe carpets were gross, so stained, pillows were placed on the couch to hide the multiple stains and the filthKitchen didn’t look cleaned prior to us coming, fingerprints on appliances and sticky spots on the countertopsBlender was broken Multiple burnt out vanity light bulbs in the master bathroom We found multiple spiders in the house, might need some pest control The house was banged up and beat up. Like it has had several rowdy parties in it Holes in the drywall in the hall and behind the front door. I was told I would be reimbursed for the towels that I had to purchased and I haven’t even got a response when I reached out

If cleanliness isn’t important then this is your place.

First off, I asked several questions before we arrived for our stay. I never got them all answered. We were staying because we were in between homes. I asked if we could do an early check in. They said they would let me know. The next I heard was our check in time (not an early check in and no mention of it). When we arrived, later than the check in time the cleaning lady was still there. I don’t know what she did because the floors were filthy. We had to go get our own mop and do the floors…the mop was filthy. The carpet’s had big stains as well as the couch, which they covered with a pillow. The yard was so flooded from the sprinklers and it didn’t drain. The yard doesn’t even really have grass anymore..it’s mostly weeds so no way to let kids play in the yard. It mentions that there is a bbq but there was no propane. Once again, we had to get our own. We were running low on TP and paper towels so I asked if we needed to get our own or if they provided more…they said they could bring more TP, no mention of the paper towels. TP never showed up so good thing we again, got our own. The house is only a few years old but it’s evident that it’s not kept up. There was a tree to the right of the driveway that was so overgrown that only one car could be in the driveway. They did take care of cutting it back when we complained about it. The garage was dirty and had rolled up rugs among other things laying around. Not a quality property.
